Suggested Re-work of Pit Raid Rewards

@RancorPackGuild We run our Guild through Discord. You must be on it to be part of the guild,because the in-game chat is not effective. All of the guild guidelines and rules are posted in a channel for all to view. All coordination is done through Discord. Raid schedules normally covering three weeks are posted for the Pit. Communication is easy and straightforward. Members do not have to chat or socialize, but we have many that do and it has been very successful for us in actually creating a community of players that chat and help each other develop. We worked together as a guild for weeks and are now farming the Heroic AAT raid, but that required a level of coordination far beyond what you can do with the in-game chat. We have a rule infractions from time to time, but have a structure in place to handle it. And all of the time it has been an honest mistake, and the guilty party apologizes and sits out a raid or two.

So it seems our guild experiences are vastly different.
