Suggestion to fix the Secondary Speed Mod Fiasco without changing the mods

As we all know, there are many secondary speed mods that have amounts that would only be intended if you have no clue or desire to balance the game. It would take a lot of work to rebalance those mo...

So the players with the 20 speed secondary will still have higher speed mods.

So the chances of finding a +10 will still be as bad as a +20 is now.


If a person doesnt run speed mods, this change would be beneficial



And if the person makes that choice it's theirs to live with. Others shouldn't be punished in return for good fortune
