It's not just speed that is the problem. Mods are RNG, and some end up way better than others. It will take time to get good mods... in the meantime, there are teams you will not be able to beat!

I see some crazy mods on my shards top teams, and insane speed isn't the only eye popper.

But I think it's working as intended. The first time I roll an insane 2500K protection and 15 speed secondaries on the same mod, I will be happy. Until then, well, there's pokemon go.
