Can you guys plz stop confusing balance between mod attributes with balance between players.

I've said it so many times: the problem is not that some people have high speed secondaries and some don't; the problem is that speed secondaries are so much stronger than everything else that you'd never choose another mod over it.

And take your arguments about arena blocking elsewhere - you're all derailing the thread.
