Yeah they gave me the same response when I had bug issues. "Oh, put that on the forums!" If all they're going to do is tell us to post the issues here on the forums, why are you paying people to work a help desk? Doesn't seem like a good fiduciary decision, CG and/or EA.
Not that it matters to either when there are bugs that impact players negatively. CG is on autopilot.
