SWGOH Best Teams and Characters Guide

I appreciate the amount of work you put into this, but in my opinion this list isn't really working for the current meta. The team you listed as good lacks a lot of dps and won't do any good on defense because the AI cant play yoda. The list you made might be objective and pure based on their stats, but I think there are some hidden multipliers to calculate damage etc. Heroes like Plo koon (rank 12) and Nute gunray (rank 8) are seldom used because they don't perform well. For example Plo Koon, his abilities might sound nice but his potency is really low. So most of his debuffs won't stick.
There is too much to account for and it can't be done by simply adding all the stats.
