Swgoh doesnt work anymore

I really appreciate this game,studio and community.I had wonderful time playing,earning chatting and exploring the star wars universe.

But everything stoped few days ago when my account just broke.Every time I want to play the game just freezes on  loading screen or disney screen.

I tried ...EVERYTHING :From swiching VPN,turning off ip adrees tracking,reinstalling,wi fi ,mobile data swiching ,restarting- it doesnt work.

I contacted EA ,they gave me tips ,but it didnt work.

Very big respect to Swgoh,CG and players.But this problem is huge cause I invested hours in the game ,so if anyone knows anything please let me know

    I  bought a lightspeed pack and didn't even get a chance to try my new GL Rey as I can't connect. Even if the game is Free to play, if can't play anymore are you going to refund all my purchases ?

    I have a Sony Android.  A guest account wouldn't work, would it?  I mean once you've lost your data, you lost your account right?

    What devices do you use?Where are you from?I think (da ih boli apsolutni kurac za slabije i manje populirane regije) they dont care about less populated regions.Its probably problem in servers or game,not in your device.I cant help you,I wish I could.Good luck bro

    Hi, Same problem here.

    For several days, I Tried On PC, and android Phone (one plus 5T), uninstalling/installing/reparing ... nothing does the trick, impossible to connect. What can I do ?

    I got this about a week ago.  I thought I'd missed it as most people that have had it were effected a few weeks ago.  I removed data (for the game) and re-installed the game.  After a bit of jiggling to get my account working, rather than re-starting afresh (a bit of a worry) it worked.  A bit annoying when in game as some preferences like my lightside battles are saved on 4d no longer saved etc.  

    This issue does need to go away, and go away soon.

    Really?What phone do you use?I use xaomi redmi note 10 ,5g?Do you mean ,update new version?

    Whenever this happened to me, updating my phone’s operating system always did the trick.
