SWGOH.GG - Collection sync

Anyone had serious issues getting this site to register your player ID? i've read the guides saying be careful of each character to make sure it's an l not a 1 and stuff but i guarantee it's correct and just not accepting it.

Any tips? like do you have to leave the underscores out or something? am i just being dumb?

    iv'e never been able to do it either. and ive tried to change the letters around to see if any were wrong.... but nope. (question: what device are you on?)

    Why don't you post a picture of your code so others can try and figure it out? Unless that's not allowed?

    I believe you can send a private message to EA_Jesse and ask him for clarity on your Player ID

    Fixed it in the end by speaking to EA live chat, recommend that if anyone is having issues?
