To everyone having issues syncing your account, take the time to try different combinations of characters. It took me like 30 attempts to get through all the different possible combinations of capital O's, zeros, capital i's, lower case l's........
It's 100% worth the few minutes of frustration once you get it right and are able to fully use the site.
