good luck. Webstore is funky. Transactions just randomly get stuck in purgatory.

I created 2 tickets. Got 4 generic responses over the next week, quoting the first step in the FAQ

When I finally got a guy that was willing to listen, He had no idea how the game/store worked and couldnt assist. made no attempt to escalate....just marked the ticket as closed, no fix available.

Also Forum Posts in the Technical Help area went un answered.

As a Support Officer myself....rubbish service. no real attempt to make it right
