Taron Malicos Admiral Trench Relic 3 SWGOH Webstore only be careful not Relic 3 after purcase!

I bought the Pack for 28.49€.

And only got a few Materials for Relikt 3. 15 Shards for Taron Malicos that i already have 7 Stars.

The Support is asking stupid questions and every time there is a new Name writing my emails.

I asked a simply Question if Refund is possible or not.

The open by every email a new case.(16 now)

I lost a lot of Game Progress because i cant visit in Game Shardstore because the 15 Shards for Malicos would be gone.

The Packs also in Google Play Store listed all gave me what they said i should get.

I bought it on 12.29.2023 already and til today no answer if i can get money back for this useless Pack back or not.

As Guild Leader with RoTE active i cant use the game as i want because i cant enter Shardstore without selling the 15 shards from Taron Malicos.

I would buy the Relic 3 pack for Admiral Trench too my luck i didnt.
