TB battle errors before starting and counts the battle

This is ridiculous and crap like this happens all the time. If it's the overseas developers you outsource to who can't cut it then do better. It's simple. Check for error and roll back the battle attempt if error is trapped. If it's a connection issue keep attempting until it's good or give notification to the user that it's a connection issue and give the option to keep attempting.  SIMPLE.  If it's ignorance and apathy to fixing things like this then pull the game and start another one you can grift off of. It's beyond appalling whats been done to this player base that has given you every opportunity and every bit of rope in the hopes you'll do better. But Lucy pulls the ball away from Charlie Brown every time.
