TB battles: HRSoldier and HRScout [merged]
Where has it been confirmed that we need them? What for and how many *'s. I mean having HRSoldier on a hard node is irritating especially since he's not that great so bit worried.

The major difference between raids and this, is that completion of the highest tiers of raids weren't determined by generic, no-name toons with weak kits. If you want to make something hard, then make the battles themselves hard. Gating it behind obscure, hard to farm toons is the lazy way to extend the content.
