Lock outs will never happen. Control freaks just need to accept this, and/or find more submissive guild members, but stop asking for it. It taints the entire thread with “unreasonable”. pretty much every other idea in here is great!
I would like for officers to be able to change the message not just leader. Also would like the option to set a different and separate persistent message on each Territory. For that matter, separate persistent messages for each area of guilds. I.e. a member goes into pit - banner message, goes into AAT - banner message, goes into TB - message for each territory
