We have had a lot of feedback that Geonosis' 36 hour phases put an incredible burden on guilds to coordinate deployments at different time periods on different days. In response to that feedback Rise of the Empire was built specifically with 24 hour phases. The consistent timing of each day should help create a routine to follow for each phase.

The question is about prefilling platoons, the answer is about tb phase times.

I agree that they didn't answer the question - but that in itself is an answer to the question. I think by dodging the question they're making it pretty clear that the answer is, "no we aren't doing this".

That being said, didn't they switch to 36 hour phases in Geo TB due to complaints about coordinating international guilds in the 24 hour phases of Hoth? So who was giving feedback that 36 hour phases made things more difficult? There are complaints about nearly everything in the game on these forums, but I'm not sure I remember that being among them. That response, aside from not directly addressing the question that was asked, doesn't make sense.

I feel like they went back to 24 hour phases to have more phases and thus more sectors, which means more Relic/Specific character requirements. I guess saying that out-right would probably not go over well with the community, but very little (if anything) of what they say does, so I don't see the advantage of dodging the question OR giving a demonstrably false justification for the reduced phase time.
