Seems reasonable to you that you get a full piece and not the others?
Because you really think a weaker guild with low GP didn't coordinate as much as you did?
You see, fairness is hard to achieve and I believe your proposal come short to achieve it.
How about
40* and above : one full g 12 gear
30* to 40* : one full g11 piece
30* and below : one full carbanti or something like that
That could be fair, everyone get something useful and it scale with your power.
Anyhow, I don't think it will change again.
