Hey All - I'm a little busy (trying to push out Mod Squads today for many of you!) - Here is a quick tip I saw one of my mates post in a thread- I figure you will all see it on it's own post here....

We don't have any dead wood in our guild. All 50 members log in every day and most hit their 600 donation limit. We are fun, active and helpful. After two full rounds we have hit about 40% of P1. I will not kick actives to recruit whales. Perhaps we won't see this raid completed.
