Is the stealth removing the taunt from your RG/Han? If so that is 100% correct - a character who is stealthed cannot be targeted unless there is no other eligible target. If RG/Han is stealthed then they are not eligible.
And before you say it worked before - it did not. I love fighting Teebo leads with RG in Arena. Basically renders him redundant.
