I have over 8 years of experience as a qa and 13 as a dev.
I literally would have caught this bug in the pr long before it was ever merged. Honestly, probably even by looking at the git diff of the commit without even getting into the game.
Are you guys hiring. I'll leave my company of 5 years to show you what a real quality tester should be bringing to the table. Honestly I feel like your current qa team releases and gives thumbs up on stuff they haven't even confirmed is present. Like when qgj was supposed to dispel on kill, and it wasn't fixed till two weeks after announced. Seriously you make enough on this game to have a real dedicated tester verify the fixes at the very least, do you have an integrated scrum with qa on board the dev team, or is it the dev themselves that are primary qa..?
You are already doing QA for this game. We all are. We are beta testers.
