His leader ability still removes stealth given via scramble tactic. But thank god they fixed this: - Fixed a bug with Rey’s reverse lookup when tapping on the Assault Battles: Military Might event...

If everyone is stealthed he will eat whoever he wants unless there is a taunt up.
Otherwise he can not eat someone that is stealthed when there are some characters not stealthed.
