Still no fix to poor teebo! Invisibility still breaks mostly after one turn. Been reported by so many, complained about by even more on the forums and still no fix? Can we get a reason as to why it is...

Yes when it works that is true.
Wiring correctly he may come out of stealth with CD at 3. 1 turn gains 100% TM, 1 turn attack, 1 turn attack, unstealth.
When the bug hits, which it is hit and miss, comes out of stealth with his CD at 4. 1 turn gains 100% TM, 1 turn attack, unstealth.
The problem is the uncertainty of it. When using scramble tactics you should have 2 attacks with him stealthed, many times it is 1
