daanswekbanaan9 years agoTenacity teamNihilus lead sith team and everyone 60% or above tenacity. Would you be able to land even one debuff?
Red_M4dness9 years agoA team with 40% potency or so would easily be able to land debuffs. Tenacity only works if you go overboard on it.
