Tenacity Up = Debuff Immunity??

If it's Debuff immunity then call it that. Even with a rebel team with potency up you can't land a Debuff. How you are you supposed to run a sith empire team that relies on Debuffs. It's messed up and frustrating. I'm facing all these triple cleanse teams in arena and GW and it making me hate this game.

Its just a game mechanic. If you're having a hard time against teams that use it, figure out a new team or strategy instead of calling the game "bad".
