Tenacity up

It's time to adress this....when it was said that tenacity up = debuff immunity?

Time to make it work normally
  • If tenacity up means immune to debuffs, then tenacity down should = can't resist negative status effects, not just a reduced chance. I agree with OP.
  • And last I checked far more ppl were using Rex than Zaul... tenacity up is the reason, its not like Rex is that OP...
  • I'm fine with it and I love to use my Sith team. I feel it gives me a better obstacle to hurdle or dodge.

Technically Tenacity Up is adding something like 99900 tenacity, whereas Tenacity Down is subtracting that much tenacity. Since there is a built-in 15% chance to resist, that's why it doesn't always succeed. There is no such ceiling for tenacity, where there is a 15% chance to always apply.
