I prefer the 36 hours, it gives it a lax feel. is it necessary, no probably not.
if they are not going to bring in more TBs per month (which they probably wouldn't do) then I dont see this change gaining much traction
as time goes on and they add more things to do and we see more and more overlap, I see why leaving it at 36 could be nice for the general player base. we have to remember that there are always guilds moving up to this event not everyone is going to have it "on farm"
