I am asking the dev's to please look at the match making process, there are guilds that are exploiting the flaws to their advantage and you are seeing 40M plus mismatches in total GP. It doesn't matter if 8-10 sit out, they have a huge advantage out of the gate. I don't have the solution, but please look into this.
