how many people signed up for the TW? The system uses this number as the main factor in deciding matchups. A big part of "abuse" in TW where higher end guilds rotate people out (lets say a guild with 50 active members only have 45 signing up at a time) to get matched with lower end people and absolutely obliterate them.
