not sure if there is a solution, but the last few times I have spoken to someone in a mismatch, it wasn't as bad as they thought when looking into the details. if you are using SWGOH its not always updated to the guild and the numbers you see are not accurate. I'm not saying this is always the case, but its something to consider.
