Agent Kallus (Fulcrum) Kit

Abilities
Basic: The Imperial Way
- Deal Physical damage to target enemy.
- If the target enemy is Exposed or Vulnerable, this attack deals 30% more damage and grants Kallus 10% Turn Meter.
- Unique: Kallus gains +10% Potency for each active Empire ally and +10% Offense for each active Rebel ally.
Special 1: Zeb's Hand (Cooldown: 3)
- Cleanse all debuffs from a target ally and grant them Stealth and Tenacity Up for 2 turns.
- Target ally gains 50% Turn Meter.
- If the target ally is a Rebel, Kallus calls them to assist, dealing 50% less damage.
- If the target ally is Empire, Kallus gains Foresight for 2 turns.
- Kallus gains Covert Intel for 3 turns.
Special 2: The Chopper-Base Call (Cooldown: 4)
- Deal Special damage to all enemies. Inflict Speed Down for 2 turns and Ability Block for 1 turn on all enemies.
- Call all Rebel and Empire allies to assist, each dealing 20% less damage. Kallus gains 10% Turn Meter for each assisting ally.
Unique Buff
Covert Intel (Unique to Kallus)
- Covert Intel: Kallus gains +25% Evasion and +25% Critical Avoidance. Additionally, Kallus's next attack that targets an Empire or Rebel enemy will ignore their Defense and inflict Vulnerable for 2 turns.
Uniques
Unique 1: Enemy of My Enemy
- Agent Kallus (Fulcrum) ignores Taunt when attacking an enemy with the Empire or Rebel tag.
- At the start of the encounter, and whenever Kallus (Fulcrum) uses a Special ability, all Rebel allies gain Advantage for 2 turns, and all Empire allies gain Defense Up for 2 turns.
- This character is immune to Stun, Daze, and Fear.
Unique 2: The Agony of the Choice (Zeta)
- Whenever an ally or enemy is defeated, Agent Kallus (Fulcrum) dispels all debuffs on himself and gains 5% Max Health (stacking) for the rest of the encounter.
- Unique Synergy: If Garazeb Orrelios is an active ally, both Agent Kallus (Fulcrum) and Garazeb Orrelios gain +20 Speed and +15% Max Health and Max Protection.
- If all other active allies are Rebel, Kallus gains +25 Speed and +25% Critical Chance, and grants all other allies Protection Up (25%) for 2 turns at the start of his turn.
- If all other active allies are Empire, Kallus gains +25 Speed and +25% Critical Chance, and grants all other allies Offense Up for 2 turns at the start of his turn.
