The Heroic AAT Raid...
...does NOT need a nerf. Reduce the HP of Normal, add easier tiers, whatever, but leave Heroic alone. That is all.

Agreed, leave heroic alone, add a "T5."
Heroic isn't for everyone, this isn't junior high school sports where everyone gets a medal just for participating. Get in a heroic guild, or improve the rosters of your existing guild.
The benefit of having your act together as a guild is that you get the advantage over your shard mates with gear and GK. Otherwise, why bother with guilds? Stronger guilds earn more resources.
AAT will be Rancor at some point anyway. We already have CC teams hitting for over 1m, and we do a hold after p2 completion, and do the rest 24 hrs after the first zerg, just to get everyone involved before it gets killed. It will be the same for many more guilds down the line, when they earn up to it.
