So I noticed that the Webstore offers the coexium along with purchases. However if you were to buy the same deal in game, the easier of the two options, you recieve none. I just made a hefty purchase...

As for reasons to buy things in-game, I am quite sure that the webstore doesn't accept free Google Play bucks. nor give Google discounts/promos.
