The new highest damage basic goes to...

Krennic. Hits for 8-9k. According to SWGOH.GG with critical chance mods I see him hitting for 30k. Against a full rebel team.

He will hit harder than that.

Immeasurable Power:
Director Krennic gains 10% Critical Damage for each debuffed enemy and 10% Critical Damage for each Rebel enemy. If Death Trooper is present he also gains these bonuses
