Alright so if the attacker got 20% health steal he take litteraly 0 dammage, also when SLKR is in ultimate mode he is also immune to dammage so when on earth this datacron is useful ?
You left out that it is only physical damage. So limited in that way too. JML, RHF, RHP, Darth Revan, fallen Bastila come quickly to mind as some possibly important special damage dealers he may go against often.
