The only thing I have an issue with, no issue with the difficulty, is why do the phases get progressively harder for every 20% you complete?
For a guild event this is unfair on someone who simply makes the 'mistake' of working all day or having prior commitments only to log on and find 80% of a phase done and the captain/rancor has drastically increased speed and offence?
Not only does that person face a more difficult challenge when they find the time to sit down to play the game, more difficult in this sense is not more fun, it's just plain frustrating, but then they'll be posting less damage than guildmates running the same team comp but earlier in the day. Therefore they get lesser rewards as a reault, and the lower position rewards are looking pretty janky so far.
People are saying to coordinate your guild to all post damage at the same time, that's nice in a competitive guild where you're all online at the same time, but not for everyone else.
A challenge tier on a raid like this should be tough, it should have people pulling their hair out, and for the most part this has achieved that, but dumping on people simply because they opened the game a few hours too late is ridiculous and just anti-gamer and anti-fun. Imagine the feeling of watching your guildmates get their toons to R8 ahead of you simply because they log in earlier in the day than you.
Keep everything else as it is, but please rethink the stacking offence and speed for every 20% damage done per phase.
