Just get the tickets normally, I guess. AFAIK, the leader needs to be present only to get the initial free tickets. Also, unless you are in one of the top guilds, there's no need to rush and you might as well not care about those tickets anyway.

This, and you can also reach out through the in game help button to EA Help and ask to have an officer promoted to the leader spot.
