When I spend a year farming Darth Vader shards because he's supposed to be the most powerful character in the game, and a character like Rey comes along and can do Vader's top damage at-will and attack twice as often, while having foresight on top of everything else, and is easily farmable in just a month or two by anyone, it ruins my experience and makes me feel like the time, energy, $$$, and resources I invested in obtaining Vader was completely wasted. It's a complete slap in the face.
And no, the problem isn't Vader for the most part, though he would probably benefit from a boost to his speed or a couple other minor tweaks. The problems is simply that Rey's speed + damage + foresight is ridiculously overpowered and SOMETHING needs to be done to bring her more in-line with the other characters in the game.
Remember that post where the developers said that they were making some of the higher-powered characters slower to offset their increased damage? Still waiting on that. In the meantime, I'm reading posts where players are boasting that they have Rey doing massive crits at 200+ speed.
If they were going to make Rey this powerful and leave her that way, then they should have made her the reward for completing achievements, not Vader.
