The sith from Bane onward have been training to destroy the Jedi.

The Jedi from Bane onward assumed the Sith were dead and have been training to use thier powers for other uses than fighting the sith.

The only few who should have true anti sith powers are Mace Windu (his specialty) and possibly Yoda like you stated
