Until you can show me a dev statement that this is a guideline in the design of TB, the debate will probably not be over.
Stating that fleet should be like character platoons to be considered "fair", isnt true when you hold onto an idea about the design that is not stated.
Driving 80 in a 65, because you saw everyone else doing it, doesnt get you out of a ticket.
There have been no changes to the system, it is exactly how they stated it was going to be. Any toon in game is fair game, this includes marquee toons, even ones who's event is during the TB, but launching before phase 4 (I think that's how it went with Sith marauder). That is why the system is fair, they are not changing the design due to new factors, it just is how it is.
I still think giving feedback, criticism, and offering an improvement to something is valid. ESP here on the forums. And I think a good way to see the silver lining here- is that players and guilds do want to get better and improve on tbs. personally, it’s nice for me to read because I enjoy tbs while people i know, now find them really boring and not really worth their time.
