TBH I saw this was a new poster asking a question that had been beaten to death and they brought forth an interesting theory that has been posted quite a few times. I took the opportunity to welcome them to the forum and suggested they might find some answers by searching.
I guess I can come on too strong, I try to say things with sincerity and\or humor.
The answer to the question is there is no answer. The Devs have made it clear that if they give the whole formula that goes into the selection of opponents for GW we will find a way to manipulate it to our advantage.
.. And if the OP's post proves anything it's the Devs are right to think that. People can get crazy clever to work the system.
