One thing independent of the peculiar phrasing in the apology is Fallen Bastila's kit mentioning Deathmark. Currently only Deathtrooper has Deathmark and while he synergizes with a Zader lead he is an Empire toon. Could HK get that as part of his new kit? Perhaps, perhaps not.
