Inquisitors have an insane datacron right now and if Marrok is present, there's some interaction (bugged, I think) that kills the Phoenix counter. The fact that you couldn't beat Reva with Phoenix doesn't mean that something is broken. It means you didn't use the right counter for the current meta.

No marrok was present seeing as your mouthing off with out knowing anything make shut it.
