This won't solve everything, but it might help with gear...

...for us that are at that epic gear bottleneck you start reaching at gear level 9+ and player level 70, what about this at level 80??? Idea At level 80 That box below the Guilds too the left...

I think if you look at QOL issues like this, you have to look deeper than the immediate bottom line. Something like this will make players HAPPY. Happy players are more loyal and spend more.
