Wow, the whine is real. First, I doubt you completed him on a level 74 account first time because I was 85 and geared in the 7 and 8s, fighting and fighting and fighting... and failed. Last week I had omegas and gear 9s and completed it but it was not easy and took several runs after poor RNG.
You need to invest in Phoenix if you want to contribute in LS TB. Stop doing the bare minimum fro your guild.
