Smoking baggins claimed everything he lost to was a result of cheating. Cloud of smoke does nothing but tell others to quit but doesn’t follow his own advice 

Is there one person with a few 'smoke/smoking' accounts?  Like there was a 'smoking-baggins' or something that's very similar.
