TIE Reaper and TIE Advanced Pack,good deal or no?

so atm i have 550 shards. I bought a 100 shards each day pack for 21 days. I will have around 2600 shards at the end of those days,the pack stays here for 30 days. I'll make 400 more from q...

then what should i use the shards for....i use it mainly for refills.
