Tier 5 door panel bug ... please help!

My guild is in the midst of tier 5 (our second time) and it's harder than it should be because the door panel, after being taken out the first time by a player, does not resplendent again for that player until the end-of-day refresh. This can't be right and we assume it's a bug. Is anyone else having this issue? Otherwise, love the recent update guys! Thanks for all the thought, time, and care that you put into this game for us!
