Time zone changes

Hi guys I call EA because I move to another country and the time zone is different making my payouts and rewards difficult to collect do any of you know if it is a way to change this

    I'm also interested by a way to do that.

    I call EA (via chatroom) to make a one-time time zone change but they told me, to recap : "impossible, we can't do it and if we could we would do it" but recent posts (since march I guess) indicate that is really possible.
    (I "moved" from GMT +2 to GMT + 11 so it's not a matter of "too little differences in time zones")
    So if some people can help us ?

  • You need to call the help line, and reference that thread, as per @CG_Carrie , they do changes. It’s nit the simplest, But definitely keep at it, they do do it, it just takes a little persistence
  • Timezone changes are possible in cooperation with NSA ;-D. They will locate your mobile device by geo catching to get sure you really moved to another time zone.
    Unfortunately they dont allow time zone changes if you need it to improve your gaming time related to your real life. Its sad that we are forced to play at dinner/ family time and have no chance to choice our best time to play a game which always will be 2nd after real life.

    There are a few requirements which need to be fulifilled for a time zone change.

    On the other hand I know some people who got their timezone change without fulifilling that requirements by just friendly smalltalks or some unallowed other ways which I wont tell.
