Time Zone release issues

There are constant issues with releases and Pacific time zones. Characters are released just hours before GAC lock. This is usually the middle of the night in Australia (and probably a third of world).

If I have my times right the release tonight will be the worst one yet. 7 new characters not available in GAC for a specific region. This is not the first time this has happened (the same issues have been going on for years - the Commander Ashoka, Maul, Rogue one releases etc).

Can you please look into the release cadence around different timezones?

Alternatively rotating GAC/TW/TB start times for different timezones would be the best solution given a number of timezones are negatively impacted by start times in general. There is a large player base that spend money outside of the US/Europe that are at a disadvantage.
