timing of kylo ren rework is suspect
so on the scale of various reworks, somehow i think the Kylo ren rework will be closer to Mace rework (mildly better but still meh), rather than Boba rework (complete 180 from poor to awesome) this...

They have never based a rework off of an external event like you are suggesting..... not sure why the would start now.
