timing of kylo ren rework is suspect

so on the scale of various reworks, somehow i think the Kylo ren rework will be closer to Mace rework (mildly better but still meh), rather than Boba rework (complete 180 from poor to awesome)

this is because of the timing. new movie out later this year. Who knows, maybe he gets a new lightsaber, maybe his mask gets a redesign, maybe he starts rocking sleeless T's. but my point is, after the movie and he shows some new moves, it'll be time to rework again

which implies that this rework.... errrr, won't last

thoughts?

i'm gonna go with, this kylo rework seems closer to Mace's adjustment

basic, still hits like a wet noodle
lash out, wow, a minor amount of TM gain and removable counter gets one more turn! amazing!
outrage, i do like this new stun
unstoppable, i also really like the idea of stacking increases, but if Maul can get permanent increases to stats, why can't Kylo? KR's starting point's not great, after all.

i'm not taking into account all the other FO adjustments. and to be frank, i thought FOST got a better rework than Ren. Heck FOST just became a first in the game, as in first tank to be able to overcome buff immunity on himself with his new omegad taunt

now i can only hope they follow Mace's route and possibly do more minor adjustments to the new Ren so that soon we'll have a, new new Ren

His low damage on basic is now irrelevant since he will constantly get his cooldowns reset even if you don't attack him. He takes less damage from Zader, and Zinn/expose teams, and if you avoid attacking him he can still give himself DoTs to gain buffs. The way I would mod him according to his new kit his outrage ability with 216% crit damage, and two DoTs would do 20k damage and stun the target if his health is full, or 30k damage if he is missing any health. Those numbers will go drastically higher if he has more that two DoTs, or has been hit a couple times. Also the heal block on basic will be handy against Chaze or Zarriss. Especially when he dishes them out with Retribution.

He is a good toon now in my book. Not superpowered, but very useful. Interesting abilities that directly counter several current Meta teams. Mace on the other hand??? Still garbage.
